Breakfast was poor, didn't stay for breakfast . Parking was great. Hotel was very clean.. Enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Ibis budget Logroño Centro: Pet-friendly hotel with free WiFi and breakfast.
Tiny dark room. Nowhere to put luggage. Very minimal towels. No hair dryer in room. Reception staff - some helpful but young man completely disinterested and unhelpful.
